Be You, delivered by Beyond Blue in collaboration with Early Childhood Australia and headspace, is seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Senior Adviser to lead our digital presence and drive meaningful engagement.

As the digital marketing subject matter expert, you’ll oversee Be You’s social media, paid search, SEO, and website channels, crafting campaigns that connect, convert, and inspire. You’ll manage end-to-end digital initiatives aligned with Be You’s vision: a generation of children and young people who are mentally healthy, resilient and equipped to thrive in life.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing and Web Adviser, mentoring and upskilling team members, and report directly to the Marketing and Brand Lead. This is your chance to make a lasting impact in education and mental health, while working with a passionate, purpose-driven team.

As the Digital Marketing Senior Adviser, Be You, you will:

  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement of Be You’s digital channel strategy
  • Manage day-to-day operations across social media and search, including content planning, posting, monitoring, reporting, and optimisation
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the Be You website front end, ensuring content quality and compliance with best practices
  • Provide proactive digital marketing advice and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Monitor and audit digital activities, generating insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Partner with internal teams to shape platform strategies and execute website product roadmaps
  • Ensure all digital content meets safety, accuracy, and clinical standards
  • Build strong relationships with Beyond Blue, Early Childhood Australia, headspace, and agency partners
  • Support the Be You Experience team with flexibility and responsiveness to emerging needs

Desired Skills and Experience

About you

To be successful you will hold a:

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing or a relevant discipline (Education is advantageous)
  • Proven experience delivering impactful digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies and content management systems
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with web optimisation platforms such as Siteimprove
  • Understanding of web design and user experience principles
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and build strong relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, suppliers, and contracts simultaneously
  • A proactive, self-managed approach and a commitment to contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team
