About the role   

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders in our Services and Experience Groups. This role requires someone who thrives in a services environment and can confidently manage competing priorities. 

You’ll be the connector and trusted partner for both executives, ensuring seamless coordination across diaries, travel, and meetings. Your forward-thinking approach and attention to detail will help navigate the evolving business needs. 

 

About you 

You’re an experienced Executive Assistant, who can bring: 

  • Proven experience supporting two senior executives  

  • Exceptionally organised; with strong management skills  

  • A proactive, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving  

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and act as a trusted connector  

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy  

  • Tech-savvy with emerging tools and systems  

  • A calm, professional presence and excellent communication skills
